Since 2021, Engco has been owned and operated by Louise Engwall Edholm, who continues the company’s legacy with a clear focus on commercial development, hospitality and new business opportunities.

Engco was founded in 1988 by Torsten Engwall in Gävle and has since been an active partner in the hotel and real estate sector – with a passion for development that still defines the company today.
